Our Jester Cold Brew Blend is made up of a percentage of all of the different single origin coffees Palace Coffee roasts weekly. Some of the ratio percentages change based on the week. The one thing that doesn't, the tasty coffee you brew every-time.

While Jester is used in our cafes as our cold brew you can brew it in whatever way you like. It will change cup to cup but that is half of the fun.
