Anaerobic Natural Process
This coffee underwent the Anaerobic Natural process, where the ripest cherries were sealed in drums for 96 hours, allowing a controlled fermentation to take place. After fermentation, the cherries were naturally dried in the sun, creating a deeply complex and fruity profile. This process enhances the coffee’s unique character, balancing vibrant sweetness with a smooth body.
