About this coffee

Imagine savoring a cup of coffee that hails from the fertile lands of Brazil, its rich, smooth profile a testament to the country's timeless coffee traditions. This is the essence of Paubrasil, Ally’s Core Coffee offering. Not just a
delightful beverage, but a celebration of Brazil's heritage and agricultural prowess. Paubrasil is no ordinary coffee; it's named after the Brazil’s national tree, symbolizing the country's deep connection to its flora. Its flavor, perfected by seasoned farmers, is a testament to their resilience and ingenuity.
They embrace technology to nurture and protect their crops, ensuring an unvarying, balanced flavor profile, even amidst the ever-changing environmental conditions. This reflects the spirit of adaptability and perseverance that is deeply embedded in the Brazilian culture.
What sets Paubrasil apart is its traceability. Each container carries a QR code that leads to an online profile compiled before the coffee beans were shipped. This connects you, the coffee drinker, directly to the farm where
the beans were grown, allowing you to embark on a virtual journey to the origin of your daily brew. But the uniqueness doesn't stop there. Paubrasil coffee proudly holds a certification from the Regiao Cerrado Mineiro Designation of Origin program. This certification implies that the coffee beans are grown within a specific region comprising 55 municipalities. Each of these locations imparts a distinctive identity to the coffee, derived from a unique combination of climate, soil, terrain, elevation, and the invaluable 'know-how' of the coffee producers.
Producers contributing to Paubrasil are part of an exclusive community of nine cooperatives or six associations affiliated with the Cerrado Coffee Growers Federation. They are committed to fair practices in line with Brazilian labor laws. After the harvest, the coffee beans are stored in accredited warehouses, ensuring the maintenance of the highest quality standards.
In essence, a cup of Paubrasil is not just a refreshing beverage, it's a tribute to Brazil's coffee culture, a testament to the resilience of its farmers, and a token of respect for labor laws and quality standards. It's a story of tradition, perseverance, and quality that begins in Brazil's Cerrado and finds its way to your coffee cup.
