The Charmer brings together Palace Coffee & The Toadies, two Texas originals connected through Toadies bassist Donivan Blair, who once worked at Palace & remains part of our community.
Anchored by a washed community lot from Huila, Colombia & complemented by a naturally processed coffee from Sidama, Ethiopia, it delivers bright cherry notes, balanced apple-like acidity, & a soft caramel finish.
It's a drinker, not a thinker - the kind you'll come back to.
In that same spirit of community & care, a portion of all The Charmer coffee sales will be donated to Letters Charity, a cause deeply valued by Steve Albini & his wife, Heather. The organization provides direct, unconditional assistance to families experiencing poverty, using art & community to turn compassion into action.
