Some coffees deserve another moment. When we first released Lavado
Thermal Shock, it became the very first coffee in our Crown Jewels
series. It challenged our expectations of what coffee could taste like
and set the standard for the rare, expressive coffees we continue to
seek out today. Lavado Thermal Shock wasn't just another limited
release, it was the coffee that launched our Crown Jewels series.
This same coffee also gained international recognition when our friend
Kasey Headley used it to win the 2025 London Coffee Masters, proving
just how exceptional this lot truly is. We're excited to bring it back
and share it with a new group of coffee drinkers while welcoming back
those who enjoyed it the first time.
